Capitalland Lacrosse
For the past 20 years Capitalland Lacrosse has been a leader in the education of the youth lacrosse players in the area. We offer training for the advanced, novice and the beginner players from Kindergarten to 12th graders by some of the finest past and present varsity level and college level coaches in the area, all for a fraction of the price that many of the other programs charge. These less expensive yet valuable programs fit into many family budgets and their hectic schedules during the summer months. Our evening programs are conducted once a week with all of our sessions being held locally during the week with no weekend commitments or travel obligations. Our day & evening camps are fun yet are filled with total lacrosse energy. Summer Camp 2010
Saratoga Springs Camps
· Location: Gavin Park
· When: July 5-8, Time: 3pm-7pm
· Cost: $250 Early Registration, $300 Late Registration (Early Registration by June 14)

· Ages: Grades 4-12
· All Equipment must be worn and provided by players. (Helmet, gloves, elbow pads, Shoulder pads, stick, athletic shoes, Mouthpiece)
· STX Prizes and Giveaways. All players will receive Rogue Reversible Jersey and other gifts and prizes.
Rogue Day
Camps will consist of pure fundamental
instruction for the game of lacrosse. Campers will be drilled in shooting, passing, dodging, offensive and defensive techniques, face-offs, and goalie school. Campers will also learn how to play in set offenses and defenses, learning how to ride and clear, and run the fast/slow break. Rogue believes that players must learn the fundamentals of the lacrosse to allow them to become the best in the game. At Rogue Camps you learn the skills to separate yourself from the rest.
